Reports & administration
Reports are charged at $193.99 per hour incl. GST, or $32.33 per 10-minute block.
Administration fees are charged for home programs, resource development, teacher or childcare consultations and meetings. A quote for administration services will be provided before the service is completed.

Rebates
Funding options may include Medicare Chronic Disease Management arrangements (previously known as EPC plans) and private health insurance where your cover includes Speech Pathology.
Please contact your private health fund directly to confirm rebate amounts and annual limits. You cannot claim through both Medicare and your private health insurer for the same session.
Cancellation Policy
We value your time and our therapists’ schedules. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur the full session fee.
